What does it mean to live a life that makes you smile from the inside? How do we get there?

What do we need?

Where do we start?

What if I told you that the answer was by following your heart, the only person you need to be with is you, and you start right now.

Would you believe me?

What I have learned so profoundly over the decades is that every souls journey is mapped out differently, but there is however one universal, foundational necessity....love.

Love for self and all the depths of layers, experiences, emotions that entails. Love for others, in the exact same way and love for our beautiful, wise, nurturing earth mother.

The way that you find this love is a unique journey that only you can experience. We can lift our eyes, take notice, and maybe try on what others are doing, but ultimately what awakens me to that love may not be the same thing that awakens you. How I let go of my fear and self doubt, may not resonate. The way I forgive myself may be in a way that you don't understand.

The importance lies in the never giving up.

To smile from the inside is found on a map that only you can follow. You must listen to the whispers and the callings from deep within.

You get a bad feeling about something or someone...listen.

You go to do something and feel that it's not quite right...don't do it.

Your body is feeling restless and needs movement, don't sedate it, give it what it needs.

You feel like you are craving sunshine, water, the forest....don't deny yourself.

You get a feeling to reach out to someone, do something kind or spread some love......do it  

This is how you spark that light and begin to smile from the inside, by listening, by honoring, by connecting to your divine being that is trying to guide you.

The more you listen, the louder the voice becomes.

There is no great secrete, no hidden doorway, no magic spell.....

It's all found within you.

It's time to start believing.

You are everything.

Your heart is waiting to smile
